Mowaiye B., PhD, MCIPM is a seasoned hospitality professional and a senior human resource practitioner, having over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry working with Eko Hotels & Suites, Radisson Hotel Group and currently with Accor group of Hotel Lagos. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, is a certified hospitality business trainer and has attended several courses in Hospitality Management.

Ajala A. is a graduate of the prestigious University of Ilorin, where she got a Bachelor’s in Agriculture. She has an Executive Master's degree in Operations Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and also an associate member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. She has about 13 years of work experience that spans Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Project planning and implementation and Strategy development. She currently works as General Manager at Watercress Hotels & Events Ikeja.

Ojeyemi S., MPIL, ACIPM is a Graduate of Lagos State University, Ojo, Nigeria with over 23 years of experience. He works with Eko Hotels and Suites in various capacities — as Human Resource Officer, Front Office Receptionist, Duty Manager, Hotel Manager — and is currently the Operations Manager overseeing the Eko Tower 2 Hotel. He oversaw the pre-opening of 132 rooms with two restaurants, a Gym and a Swimming pool. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Labour Management from the University of Lagos.
